May be you really need to stick on using rain water...as it may be the best solution for it, me too using rain water as well, will only use tap water if i had use out of the rain water...

chlorine not the big issue, just let the water contact with air for over night, the free chlorine will evaporate.

i will definetly use rain water as of now till i run out of it,
meanwhile i will check the mineral water available at local departmental shops
n if it will be fine i will leave it open for a day to clearoff chlorine,

Well regarding getting RO system there is 2 major problems,
first is the ro system we get is having a extra cylinder of mineral attached to it
inside which adds minerals to it tomake it drinkable so i am not sure if it can be used or not( RO wihtout mineral would be available but it will take some time to find)

second is that i am with my parents n not employed so it will be hard for me to get a RO system since it is little bit expensive, but i can surely save money for it but will take some time.

I will try to find some water source so that i wont face problem for long run.

if you want to look for a mineral water, try look at water mineral with "Reversed Osmosis"
