Re: Natural hybrid or new species???
Need to also see the leaves ans stems to get a better idea. From the pitcher, I see the influence of N. mirabilis.

Re: Natural hybrid or new species???
I agree with NepNut. It does look like a stout mirabilis. But this has a very nice even tone of maroonish/brown color on the pitchers.

Re: Natural hybrid or new species???
wow, can't comment much whether if it is a hybrid or species but one thing for sure, the pitcher coloration is evenly maroon and the peristome is chilli red...nice:1thumbup:

Re: Natural hybrid or new species???
Dunno if it's a hybrid but....very nice!

Re: Natural hybrid or new species???
Looks like my stout mirabilis; only the colour is darker in red.

Re: Natural hybrid or new species???
Usually pure N. mirabilis don't have spotting inside the pitcher (as far as I know)... however that's a very common traits among neps from Indochina region.
A look at the leaves and stems will give us a much better idea. |

Re: Natural hybrid or new species???
Yup, I think it's a hybrid with N. mirabilis by looking at the leaves attachment to the stem. It may be N. mirabilis x smilesii or others...
