I don't know where is your balcony facing. If the tenuifolia Amethyst color is fading away, it show your place is too shady. Try to relocate to other place which is sunnier. Actually..... I'm having a feeling the bamboo blinds is blocking away 70% of sunlight. Do let me know how it goes.
Btw, the other plant is a capitata. Not sure which type though.

What about the place with neps? Will that be okay?

Re: New tills from Andy!

You can place them slightly in front of your neps. The albida can withstand morning sun without any burning. In fact mine was exposed to midday sun. Move them around to see where suits them best.

The morning sun comes from the left ---->and i hang them on the right end of my balcony so the sunlight doesn't get blocked by the bamboo blinds. Will change their places if anything goes wrong. Thanks!
