cway, you are trying too hard and give the poor bical a hard time. All neps will grow provided given a well drain media + appropriate sunlight.

It's not necessary to provide water tray unless you're going away for a day or 2, or you dont water the bical but only to top up after the water tray have dried up.

thanks robert for pointing out my mistake, will take your advise:smile:, have done repotting it with new zealand sphagnum moss, with a water tray of 1 inch as I'm going to be out for 3 days starting tomorrow:smile:
