No upper pitchers T.T

Hey guys...i have a N mirabilis echinostoma which has grown quite tall...It stopped producing lower/intermediate pitchers and created only 1 upper pitcher for me which is a few months back...Since then no pitchers...The tendrills don't have anything to grip on...Any ideas how to make them pitcher? The plant is healthy

Do the plant has any new growth at the base? I notice sometime my nep produce new basal and the tall vining plant will sometime stop producing pitcher. Well its just an observation may not apply to all...

Try letting the upper tendril grab onto something, it'll most probably form pitchers.

Yea problem is no basal haha :) Dunno how long will it take...Hopefully at least it'll flower la since and can make cross with something...

Robert, as for letting it grab i don't really have lots of things for it too grab...Unless i use the pen i use to use..But another problem is when the tendrill is developing it doesn't curl fully so it wont grab on the pen...It'll only curl when it comes in contact with something to grab on..
