Yesterday dreamed about my VenusFlytrap mutated.Could a CP really mutate?
Maybe they can,if mixed some kinds of chemicals or injected with DNA?

haha wow u thinking of CPs all the time until you dremt of them?

when i was smaller i couldnt sleep thinking of my first ampulalria... lol sounds funny right?

well, i dont think you can inject chemicals into the plant but mutating or hybridizing CPs can be done by exchanging pollen or using lab procedures.. i currently dont learn it in my bio but i roughly know this lah haha..

Oh,so maybe you take a CP pollen and put it on another kind CP?

I don't think that's possible. Hybridizing CPs of the same type ( nep and nep, VFT and VFT etc.) is possible but I don't think that this kind of crossbreed is possible for CPs( drosera and heli, darlingtonia and ceph). I'm not too experience so lets hear what the experts say.

I had a strange dream too. What if a human is injected with dionaea DNA ( a giant mutant venus mantrap that can walk and talk???) Hahaha.

nothing will happen lah.. lol plant DNA in the human body will just die off. protein in the DNA chain will just die off in a medium thats not suitable.

mad scientists have injected spider venom into cows.. im not sure whether they want milky silk or sliky milk.. :glare:

Maybe if you inject plant DNA in humans,we can do photosynthesis!

Once had a crazy dream where VFTs carried machine guns and were fighting in the cold war.....hahahahaha

They DON'T need machine guns.
If they were so strong and big, they could just clamp all the weapon and digest them like tiny bugs.

Then won't humans be green and plantlike. Reminds me of poison ivy from batman.
