How to induce nepenthes to flower.

hi all,
I have a nepenthes x ventrata and i have been keeping it for 2 years already.I first bought it in a trip to malaysia for RM5.It was still a small plant with only tiny lower pitchers but now,it has started to vine and produce upper pitchers. However , it has not flowered.Even my nepenthes x miranda which is smaller has already flowered. So, is there any way to induce it to flower?Any help will be appreciated.
