N. Macfarlanei

During March 2008, there was a gathering which organize by the petpitcher at Mcdonald in Kelana Jaya.

Many senior member attended the gathering like TS, kltower, David, Dom etc... Beside chit chatting and exchanging growing tips, the most exciting part of the gathering of course is the free gift, where we got the N. macfarlanei seeds, N. neoguineensis, N. maxima and some drosera seeds.

My neoguineensis dan maxima failed to germinate, only macfarlanei germinated for me.

Below is my result, 7 months old little mac, the biggest is about a 10 cent diameter

anyone to share the growing result?

Thankss..

Thank you guys...

Yes, I did transplant the macfarlanei, but I had spoil 3 to 4 of this seedling during the transplantation, where I broke the root when removing the old LFS from the root, I hope they still able to survive :crying:

Next time chop the moss into small pieces when seeding. In that way, when u want to seperate the seedings its easy and the roots wont be caught in the long mosses.
