Need Help on Pest

Guys this white stuff are kinda attacking my bird nest fern...Any idea what it is and how to stop it?

What can i do to destroy them...I have 2 stuff fauzi gave me..1 is a fungicide 1(oil looking) is insecticide(powdery)...Or is there something else i can use?
