growing sara using leaf pulling

i got this given to me by Allen months ago, i wonder it is not growing and about to throw it away, but i notice some root growed at the bottom part. It is growing back!!

YEAH!!!!!! first example of leaf pulling in Malaysia!! do share about the condition you provide so that more people will know how to do it

i have a few sarrs pulling in live sphagnum moss.its been there around 5days now.an old australia cp grower tell me its possible!.if it strikes,i tell ya!

my friend had success on S.Flava,S.Rubra,S.Rosea and few more.im now w9ting for flava and rubra
he said the media must be clean .chances of strike very low

i read somewhere, it only works for purpurea. but dunno never try it*biggrin2*

but the most popular i heard at sarracenia.com is S.Rosea.

congratulation on that :)

I'm trying out with s. scarlet belle, started about 2 or 3 months back, the bottom part still alive, place under shades, but yet to show any growth

mind sharing the condition you place them? :)

i put at hill area, with natural watering system - rain ... then humidity is all time high, lighting wise - it is under shade net about 50%, and some trees far on top of it

Soo,i bet your scarlet belle strikes since its been alive 2-3months :)

go check its rhizome.who knows theres roots growing already :laugh:
