Rack for Neps....
 

Hello

Well i use to use broomsticks for hanging my neps well now i got an "upgrade" hahahahaha i'm now using a rack for all my CPs and some other plants looks much better now heheheh.I got them from IKEA.Here are some pics.Its too tall for a whole pic.

Well here are the seeds i potted up in LFS just snapped one of it...I got 3 pots full of them.

And N veitchii x fusca my fav pitcher on it anyway its the biggest so far reaching 10cm.

Ur miranda have many pitchers...mine wan just got 4 pitchers only :crying:

Thanks for the kind comments.I'm not sure what kind of chilli but its not the normal red chili.Your miranda will easily pitcher if given some nice warm humid conditions.

Actually I drop down my miranda when I bought and want repot to other pot..then the pitchers and some leaf and branch damage that time...After that, my dad cut my another baby pitcher accidently:eek::eek:...oh no :eek::eek:..so thats why my miranda pitcher become less...:crying::crying:

Yeah my 1st time seeing chili growing like that....I've never tasted it but i've plucked one before and cut it in half and it smelled like it was quite spicy but we'll never know until its tasted

Talking about chili, I just bit a chili padi!:eek::eek::eek:HOTTTTT!!! but thats a cool chili, nice rack, maybe should suggest to my parents, there's an Ikea nearby if there is space, lol. WHERE'S THE ICE WATER??????!!!!!!

Well the racks really useful and u should drink some milk to cool youself down.Drinking ice water will only spread the pain around hahha

You chilli seedlings under your rack is funny and the chilli ,if you want to know, really really spicy.

hey Ken...i got the same rack in my living room. heheh. you might want to check later on for any rust tho coz i think the rack is supposed to be for indoors.....

Well i know its a little small but i can hang neps at the side also which now i don't have too because i don't have much plants.

2ndly as you can see the rack already takes up quite a lot of space but its definitly much more space conserving than the broomsticks which took up half of my balcony.My main concern now is if its stainless steel or not

If it is not stainless steel rack, you may need to consider painting it to give some protection from the elements.

Look already know its stainless steel or not.SS will have some sort of aluminum/chrome colour.Even SS got many grades.If its low grade SS,then it can rust after sometime.High quality SS grade 30 and above can last many years.

The rack is mild steel with coated painting.Should be ok.

dude im thinking of buying the rack from ikea for my neps too.. i need more space! all my neps occupying my floor.. some are under my trees...

Yeah i bought the rack for saving place because my balcony is getting crowded which now it isn't anymore.But if you stay in landed property than no need la just put them around but a rack can also be convenient but not a nessecity.
