I think cleaning is not enough. Must use chemicals to get rid of any eggs stuck onto the roots, otherwise they might come back..

i agree on this... but what chemical or pesticide is suitable?

use sistemic insecticide. dip the root for a few minutes.

dont forget treat the infected plant like this

i put them all in water tray, but still have to water them everyday, because of windy area & hot day*biggrin2*

hi delphiguy,i stratify my seeds using wet spaghnum moss in a container.and put in refrigerator about 8weeks:spinning:

then i put them outside and wait them geriminate:shy:

i move them into individual pot if the plant looks quite tall and strong enouugh

Your sarras are beautiful! But isn't it a bit too much water? No drainage hole?

not too much. after a day, the water will evaporate.

Nicely grown. Have you had any sarra going into dormancy before? How did you handle dormant sarras?

remove the water tray. and trim the old leaves.
make sure enough air flow, to minimize fungi

I have a question, what do you meant of enough air flow? Is it the potting mix or the entire plant?

the entire plant.
because when dormant, usually happen during the rainy season.
in raining season, the humidity went too high.
so, i remove the water tray & trim a lot leaves to make sure there's enough air flow for the plant
