Wow! That's alot of inflorencense from your ventricosa "red". Hey, I noticed in the same picture you have a outdoor terrarium or greenhouse with neps in it. Can you show me some pictures of your set-up and the plants in there? Looks really humid in there.

I found this photo of right after i built my greenhouse. Notice how empty it is!
The floor is sunken about 1.5 feet to the right; this gives me lots of headroom once inside.

The far left side is sectioned off for lowlanders with a heater inside; this is the section you saw in the other photo.

Just for fun, here's a shot before I was even finished inside. I had to start adding plants before the project was finished.

Ludwig,

Thanks for the pictures of your greenhouse. You built the entire greenhouse yourself? Good workmanship I must say. By the way, what is that square metal box at the far right hand side with a hose coming out of it's side?

I noticed too that it is totally enclosed. Humidity must be close to 100%. Your plants must be producing giant pitchers for you. How is the temperature in the greenhouse?

Excuse me asking so much. I like to build things myself and like to figure out how things work. Also to see what tips I can use to improve my setup. http://s3.images.proboards.com/grin.gif

Hi David, here is a web page where you can see many shots of me building my greenhouse. Go down about halfway down the page to see the photos.

The square unit is a swamp cooler. It keeps my daytime temps around 80F. The yellow cord is the power supply. Yes, I designed and built it myself. It works great but I wish it was larger!

Arghh! Can't see the pictures. Will check again later. You've got a cute little online shop for neps there too. http://s3.images.proboards.com/wink.gif
