I know of one hand carry service from USA to Malaysia. Will carry anything from money to phones to anything ... anything legal that is. I guess seeds are not that illegal.

Maybe not on your end .
But it is here . I would rather not take the chance being i don't have the money nor do i wanna do the time in jail for smuggling endangered plants. :sneaky:

I don't do illegal things too. Did not think it's so serious at first. To be labelled as plant poachers is one thing but to risk jail is a no no. Can you confirm seeds from endangered plants are also prohibited and need a permit. Is the permit part a big chore? Just exploring.........

Better not take the risk of smuggling seeds and getting punished badly or sent to jail. I'm surprised US have permits for SEEDS, lol. Maybe you could inform BE about your plant and have them arrange for seeds transportation to them. Then they can grow the new hybrid and commercialise it for everyone.

That is of course, if the nep is a female

I believe it is legal to send sees out of the US as long as they are not on the CITES list. You need a permit to import seeds into the US. You then need to check if the country you are sending the seeds to has any restrictions. Most countries allow the import of small quantities of CP seeds without any conditions. Plants and plant material is a different matter.
