1000 Fingers Banana
 

Hi guys,

I hope you guys remember this one.It's been growing healthily but my father renovated the house and i had to pull out the plant.

I cut the rhizomes to smaller pieces and now there are 7 healthy little plants growing.

U means that ur small banana plant selling 1 for RM100?
And the adult can produce thousands of banana?
How long the time it growing become adult tree?
How is the taste of the banana?

Important question would be: has that banana plant consistently produced such long bunches with so many fruits? More than once? Or only that particular time? Remember that plants can sometimes behave oddly because of environment or whatever. Just check that it is stable and due to genes, not a 'freak' happening..

hmm, i thought banana dont fruit twice!! only from the new offshoots produced....

Kevyn, I'm not saying it fruits twice from the same stem. I'm questioning if that particular plant has produced such fruitings once only or more than that from different stems (therefore consistent, and genetically unique, as opposed to 'freak' occurrences')...

Hahahha....cheah, don't take it seriously...my doubt is the same as yours, same goes to the potential buyers....really don't want 'banana to fruit twice' hehe

tanpan:yes..im selling this for rm100 a plant..usually a banana tree needs at least 18 months to fruit.The taste got some vanilla hint.

paphioboy:it is the real thing and yes it is genetic.All the plants will bear fruits up to 3000 bananas.(so far recorded) and will keep bearing till the tree falls.you can Google ;Musa 1000 Fingers' for more info.
