Update...I saw a flower stalk from the vft cup trap, my first ever flower from a vft...any one has any idea what to do with that?

Waa so fast flower after you bought it. You should pollinate it to increase the availability of this plant in Malaysia and also so i can buy the seed from you *biggrin2*

as i tought!i know it'll flower and this is the time u can propagate it!
an expert says wait till it grows around 1.5inch high then u can snip it and stick it into the soil :) |

since the plant are small, it will consume many energy from plant, i suggest to cut the flower stalk.

Cut the flower stalk. There's much more chances of getting a new plant instead of letting it flower and risk killing the plant. I gotta say that the VFT must be really healthy to flower this early :1thumbup:

VFT cup trap is a small from what experts told me.they can grow the widest is around 2.5inch diameter -3inch from this on grower's experience.
i hope u both get the stalk propagated soon! |
