lovely veitchii..
i read somewhere that the higher the altitude where you find veitchii, the more colorful the peristome. and those that live on fallen logs have huge leaves to wrap around the trunk in order to support themselves. |

The most beautiful was the clone - red pitcher with red strip peristome. There are 2 type of highland intermediate form- terrestrial and epiphytic. The later has the ability to climb tree by clasping their leaves around tree trunk. Both have broad leaves.
