fungus..that's fine if your nephentes is big enough..
u can emove them easily using toothpick.

The mold's pretty much harmless. But it indicates that your soil medium is too nutrient rich and/or watterlogged. You might want to change the soil.

I agree with marigoldsfail21 that your media is too waterlogged and soggy. It would be better to change the media and mix some course materials to create more air around the roots. Mold growth will also be lesser.
