Hi everyone. This month I was happy to see bigger larger pitchers was produced by some of my neps in the garden.

my Ventrata (natural hybrid) from my own collection.

Albomarginata x reinwardtiana (a natural hybrid) = From Indonesia. This one is getting on the vining stage at the same time pitchers are getting bigger too. I did cut the top so it won't get much taller.

This one gain size too. Might be my potting media.

Simple species, but they all look healthy! that ventrata was seedgrown? (not the one from YG?)

Who is YG? I'm sorry I don't know that.
My ventrata was from my hiking days up in the mountains. At that time there was no flowers nor seedpods. I got some few samples and did propagate it thru cuttings. Its pretty slow but at least I'm able to multiply that species/hybrid. :shy:

This is the ventricosa (parent),

This is the lower pitcher.
Intermediate picher: green with red blothes upper third of pitchers (looks thesame with burkei)
upper pitcher: turned to pure green.

the other parent is a simple but very tall alata green. Sorry got no picture for that.

I think the poster meant YG Park Carnivorous Plant Nursery.

Lol, sorry, i forgot you're not from Malaysia! In our country, YG is a supplier of nepenthes plants and almost every single N. x Ventrata is from the same clone. So it's rather rare to find a different ventrata clone at all. That's one red ventricosa!

Oh, never been to YG when I went to KL. I was sort of lost there. I only met Mr. Fauzi and just around the city. Not much to see and do.

Stunning albomarginata! Really nice size on that, and love the red on it too! Ur ventrata also seem very healthy!

Thanks Myso, those are albomarg x reinward hybrid. I think its my new potting media what this plant really likes. I added something to the media. :)
here is what they look like when it gets old.

Also new for this month is my N. sibuyanensis.

just love the deep red coloration. I hope it'll survive the summer heat as I live LL.

Gracilis var. nigropurpurea. (This is my lucky catch)
This is their largest size, so tiny and its pure black! so easy to cultivate too. I think this is the smallest of all nepenthes. hehehhe.

N. alata.
Another variant of alata, added to my collections of alata. (Should I name it after me? hehehhe....just like the black truncata) ;)

and here is the N. thorellii or as what I was told. But this one might be N. bokorensis. Well, I hope it is cause I don't have bokorensis yet. hehehhe.

Thanks for your time friends. :)
