Heard you want to build a green house. Perhaps you can get some ideas from below pictures. But please remember that you need to provide good air-circulation for the green house.

I dont really know the names, they are shaped like roof of a mosque, and operate by wind or hot air. They will move when hot air goes up and cold air come in from the bottom. On top of people's houses, or small factory, or small workshop. Shouldn't be too expensive i think.
