If I'm not mistaken scarlet belle is a Psittacina hybrid but yours is a Minor hybrid

S. scarlet belle is hybrid of leucophyllaXpsittacina.

I think, the plant is still small to conclude what is that. And sarracenia id is not a easy job. Even some experience grower not dare to 100% confirm what is their parentage.

Anyway, that is little cute lady. I like it.
