Orchid bark?

Need ID on 2 things...One is the soil orchid bark and if it is i would like to use it for neps...But what worries me is that it is mixed with normal soil because there is brown dust around the bark.

Another thing is, this is a common plant but i would like to know its 'scientific name' or common name..I see it everywhere but i have no idea what it is.

So if my bark is 'polluted' with other mix can anyone tell me where to get pure orchid bark in KL

First question: Why do you want to use orchid bark for neps? As far as I know, very few people even grow orchids using orchid bark as it breaks down very quickly under our humid conditions. Wet bark is prone to all sorts of fungus growth which may harm your plant...

BTW, Yes, that is dracaena. Dracaena fragrans, if I'm not mistaken.

Ken,
Use coco chips, cheaper and better.
