Thanks Guys!

I AM looking forward to a wonderful 52nd year! 11 weeks ago I made a commitment to make some major changes in my life; 1st was to quit cigarettes after 35 years of smoking! and 2nd was to put myself into the best physical condition of my life over the next 18 weeks. I was worried about being a burden on the Borneo expedition (starting next week) and on my high altitude trek in Nepal checking out orchids in June. I must admit that even at only 2/3 of the way to my goal, I am feeling like a new person!

Thanks to all my friends at PetPitcher.com! I'll plan on posting a lot of photos for all of you when I get back from Borneo! (Just bought 2 new 8 GB memory cards!!!)

Wow! Just 3 months and I can see lost of changes physically. More muscular and look years younger. Way to go Shawn! You're the man! Glad you've also decided to quit smoking.

Will be looking forward to your pictures when you get back from the Borneo trip with Ch'ien.
