Sea of Tillandsia
 
A while back Alvin did asked me about xeric type of Tills. I made some explanations. Mostly originates from Peru and I also mentioned about sea of Tills carpeting the desert floor. Finally found some photos. It never fail to amaze me though!:1thumbup:

Wow Andy, I didn't know tills live in such dry sandy places... It looks like it can get really hot when the sun rises. It's an eye opener for me. Thanks for showing us these pictures.
