Well, I've heard them called 'flowering plants' but that's probably not right but there's no fungi catagory! This was just too cool not to snap a few photos of. They seem to be fairly common here but this one was just perfect looking this morning;

oh wonderful moment captured, Shawn:1thumbup:. One of my favourite subject in my early year when i first took up photography. This Maiden Veil fungi or Stinkhorn Fungus ( dictyophore indusiata ) doesn't stay long and the smell like rotting meat. Do you dictate any smell ?

Wow thats some incredible fungus hahahaha..........sad to see it dead lol....(weird saying it to a fungi)......It reminds me of our respitaration system.Looks like our lungs and our throkea(watever its spelled)....

I think its trachea, Ken. I think the lower part looks like those kind of white thingy used to wrap fruits when you buy them.

Yeah now that you remind me of it looks exactly like it......Ahh......fruits.....i love to eat them.lol....Man holidays come i forget everything i ever learned lol....
