The use of English language on the forum
 

Just to make it clear to everyone again that it is alright to to talk on the forum even if your English is not good.

My main concern is that everyone should not take it personally and get defensive when someone gives you a friendly advise/correction on the mistakes. Lets encourage each other and learn.
