Neoguineensis

Hey everyone....Just wanna ask if anyone of you guys could share your experience with this species...I can't really get much info on it but i saw some post saying people having a really hard time growing it....Does it need very high humidity?? I saw a few pics of it in wikimedia and most of the picture shows that it grows on very rocky substrate so i assume it likes very airy and well drained media...Anyway if you have grown this plant please share with me growing tips and also pictures ;)

Hi Ken,
I've grown this species from seeds. It doesn't make any probs in my lowland terra. The coloration of the leaves is very different ... from green to a fantastic deep red or even nearly violett. I like this species very much and I think it's very underrated. I think I've shown this pic here in another thread but here again. They are now about 2 years old and pitchers are starting colouring. I grow them in a sphag lava mix. Nothing special. Accept for the seedlings and the plants in the meshpots all are neoguinensis.
