Nep seedling when just germinated got a very distinct leaves (2 pointy leaves without pitcher). On the safe side, don't remove anything until you sure it's weed.

Sometimes there could be more than 2 weedlike leaves before pitcher.

lol, similar to that, but mine happens to have 2 pointed leaves for around a month before seeing one of the fastest growing one show up with 1 pitcher, it is amazing
