Heat tolerance of sundew

Sundew need full sunlight to grow well. Many growers afraid that the temperature in the noon time is too hot for them. This is the temperature that I recorded this afternoon.

My plants regularly experience temps that high and sometimes more during summer. The key is to ensure that the humidity remains fairly high. I have even had many highland nep's survive these temperatures for a couple of days in a row.

No. VFT won't grow well at the temperature according to my experience. I grow my VFT under 50% shade cloth. The max. temperature is 42 degrees Celcius.

Well. Our country always that hot if without shade at the noon time. However, afternoon room temperature still 30-33 degrees Celcius.
