Mealybugs are attacking my plants

My S. purpurea and D. intermedia is infected with mealybugs. What should I do to get rid of those annoying pests?

Please post photos, weird that D. Intermedia is infected.

My Sarracenias are constantly infected by Mealy bugs but they do not cross infect the other species.

Someone told me that physically taking the bugs off is best way unless you are okay with a systemic insecticide.

I will just dose them with white thick and smelly(not sure what the name is, my gardener gave it to my dad) everyday.
