Raising Highlanders from seeds, anyone capable in this?
 
As in the topic, does anyone have done this before? please give advices:smile:

maybe no .never heard of such thing.i dont know if it can get acclimatize to our place etc etc like Heliamphoras .

u can germinate it i guess if u give it highland conditions la :)

germinate is not a problem to me, but the problem is how to make them grow, is there any local forumer succeed?

I've read somewhere they can germinate from the seed but after that it'll require lower temperatures or not the plant will exhaust itself...

i just got some highlanders seeds from an oversea friends,and i was thinking to share some to those members who capable in raising them, haha , but i may ask for some in the future, haha

If strictly HL and ultra HL neps, I don't think it's possible, if not you'll see them available everywhere among LL growers la....

Intermediates might still be possible though...

well, they are veitchii and chiana(if not mistaken), but their father are unknown.are you interested?:2thumbup:

Thanks for your offer but I already have too many seed trays... when they start to germinate and grow up, I will have a really BIG headache... :sweating:
