Courier service for plants?
 
is there any Courier service in Malaysia that enables the sending of live plants?most courier like Poslaju and Skynet prohibits the sending of live plants through by using their service.

so thats my question.thanks guys :)

my normal practice, i use poslaju for domestic and i declare the content as other thing all the times, i not sure what would happen if i write plants inside:laugh:

i think most courier wont wanna send live plants and animals bcoz of they afraid that CITES might sue them for allowing the transportation of plants although sending plants domesticly wont be a problem.

I received plants through poslaju which the sender wrote "pokok" under description. They don't seem to mind for domestic package.

Hmm.....maybe they dont pay attention on it...


but i once called pos malaysia and ask them about sending plants oversea,they said "pos malaysia had no problem on sending it but its their custom which matters".

for poslaju, depending on branch, some irritating branch will say no to whatever you want to write, some don't care, it is by far the cheapest courrier service in Malaysia, but service wise, very inconsistent, some times passable some times horrible

i dont think sending plants domesticly is restricted by law except if it was collected from their home

even for private delivery comp like Airpak that cost about double, same crap happens...
