Where to get cocohips
Hi..Anyone knows where to get them???? Since lots of growers use it and apparently i heard its cheaper then my usual mix of LFS.....I stay in the kepong KL area so does anyone knows the nearest source???:confused::1thumbup: Though i heard they decompose/breakdown faster than LFS..

Go to market where the "Santan"~coconut milk~ store is. Usually they have some husk. Ask them where they sell it to. You may have to hack it to small pieces like I do. Good exercise. That's off the top of my head.

You can go to PetSafari in Ikano.Find the bedding part,there are those beddings for hamster all those furry furry.Exp:wood chips.They have one kind of cocochip.Compressed.Very hard,like a brick.It also says can be used with tropical plants.Or coconut peat......I don't know if it can be used la....

I mean those in the market where they use OLD coconet flesh to make santan. If I am not mistaken, you are not a wet market person.

No.....the peat I said is called "plantation soil" but its made from coconut.Exoterra product.Not husk.But the first one I'm not sure what brand is it.
