sorry.. contrary to the title, this is not a rajah.. its sibuyanensis. this was for sale for RM180. in one of the stalls in Kea Farm, Brinchang.

Thats a sibuyanensis, not rajah. I have this plant too but currently all pitchers are dead.

And OMG thats expensive!! I bought mine for just RM60-70 and its the pitcher were as large as in this picture.

lols.. believe me, that was not the only plant that was over priced.. but thank god only one shop is like that lah.. the others all okay.. he was selling like a ventrata in a 5 inch pot for rm45 when others selling for at most rm25.. wth..:confused::mad: lol

Dear members,

90% of cps comes from YG Park. I have the opportunity to visit the park on Tuesday. The plants that YG are selling comes from Malesiana Tropicals years ago. This sibuyanensis is no exception. I spoke to the lady in charge of growing the cps and she told me the sibuyanensis and chaniana (ex-pilosa) stock are gone. NO MORE. So if you are in Cameron Highlands and happen to find these plants, bargain with the sellers. Otherwise you will have to buy small size plants from BE in US$.

I will write a thread on YG Park with photos later and review their MT stock. There are some new plants coming out soon.

Thats still so expensive. Well I got my chaniana and sibuyanensis from a nursery which imported plants from cameron highland. And its not more than RM100.

the seller says all of his CPs are from YG :2thumbup: and i went there last monday.

YG park itself in cactus valley does not have all the species produced by YG. somehow i see more varietie through distributors in the highlands and here.

I keep asking my parents if one day holiday maybe go up to cameron to get some CPs......So far no luck :) Anyways i got my rajah for rm35 and my ventricosa for 35 to weird......

Size does matters.Those Rm25-RM35 are usually small plants for rarer neps.
