No, that's probably the 6th or 7th pitcher formed under my care, the previous one is much better looking (the dried pitcher sitting on the media now) before the dry season...

Kent, you need to use fire... ;) The best way is bring yours pot to kitchen.

Beside that, you can go to hardware shop to buy those manual drill head where manually use it to drill hole at wood. Of course, you can buy a electric drill set.

Hi Kenneth,
Questions are good, if you don't ask, you will either never learn or take a long time to figure it out. However, sometimes it's better to figure it out yourself and try it so you can be inovative instead of just following what others are doing... you get what I mean?

I use drill to drill holes since I'm drilling many pots in one go plus I don't like to play with fire... *biggrin2*

My secret for growing neps??? Simple.... pot up the nep, water it, trim off dead leaves, admire it and I'll let mother nature do the rest... *biggrin2*

Take a good look at what kind of pot I'm using... ask yourself why I mainly use these pots?

Yup, it's Baba and Nyoya pot... *biggrin2* 20xx series, look at the bottom of the pot and you'll know why I like to use this pot. (Disclaimer : I'm not affiliated with BABA in anyway *biggrin2*)

It's pricey but if you considering the value of the plant it's potted with, it's actually still very cheap... *biggrin2* Things will often looked very different from different perspective.

Which one are you using. If I am not mistaken, there is one without hole at the bottom but lower side. There is another with loads I'd drainage at the bottom. Are you doing semi hydroponics?

Hi CJ,
I always avocate good circulation for the nep media, so I prefer pot with many holes, as far as I know, only the BABA 201x series come with mesh type opening at the bottom of the pot. Even that, I still need to drill holes on the side of the pot.

Nope, I didn't do semi hydroponics. Did you mean water tray method?
