Never fix what is not broken. If it is growing well, please leave it at the same place in the same pot.

Any root disturbance will cause some of the foliage to turn yellow and shrivel up, however minimal. So if you are thinking of splitting your clump, then be prepared to lose a good number of leaves and pitchers.

Thanks Cindy, I will note down the golden rule.

Let see how crowded them were...

and a lot of spoon leaf....

Eric, that is not crowded. This is crowded. The pot is totally covered!

Were the leaves produced in your care or it came with the plant?

Now for the golden tip...after the golden rule...
If you really cannot resist the need to thin out your plant, why not take leaf pullings instead of dividing the plant? First, it wouldn't hurt the mother plant much. Second, there are at least a good 5-7 leaves which you can remove to give you many new plants! ;)

Cindy,

I just bought the plant last month, guest the leaf should be produced when it came. The spoon leaf is growing wild and covered most of pitchers.

Will take noted on your tips. I will try it when I feel the plant is stabilize.

Just check with advisor, some new leaf or new pitcher having a layer of white power stick on it. It is normal or is it fungus?

Every morning I pick it up from ice box (my cool tank) to my lighting rack. At night, I put it back to ice box once the light off. Could it be fungus?

Eric, does the white powder look like in the following pic? If it does, then it is mildew. It happens when the plant is not getting enough air circulation and light. Be careful 'cos once it spread, you'll lose all the leaves very quickly.
