This is goods idea.

But base on 3:7, I only can hope that I have 5:5 for this 10 plant to select on the Female plant.*biggrin2*

imposible, 3:7 is just a roughly figure, sometime if u are unlucky, it could be 2:8..... or even 1:9....bt if lucky, you can get 4:6.. i think 5:5 is imposible at all.. I only keep 3 of these for myself, if i am lucky, i should get 1 female.

Re: LJ_Tan - Nepenthes

what is the lid from the second pitcher is doing in the first pitcher? newly acquired? cant really see the pitcher's color...can have another angle of the pitcher?

cbkhoon 18th July 2010 06:18 PM

Re: LJ_Tan - Nepenthes

this is common in wild and also can be man-made also, choose a ready-pitcher, push a growing pitcher bud into it, and leave them un-touch, when the bud grow up, it will stuck inside.

Dear Kevyn Chan,

I do not sure how do it happen....
This is the 2nd time I saw it for the same plant.
The 1st pitcher was dry but I did nt cut it and 2nd pitcher was 'grow' inside 1st pitcher.

I will try to get some photo again.
