CPNut - I love your red pitchers sitting on that nice green sphagnum bed! Looks great! And you are right about the 'textbook' example for the mirabilis. Again, I'll say; read the English articles on Neofarm's website - they discuss both color and form changes/stages of development (good news is they both keep /can keep changing for quite some time on young plants!). Hey shawn nice beautiful red ones.......I'm trying to put my newest pitcher bud of my viking into LFS and then i toped it up with more LFS trying to cover it as much as possible...

As some of my Vikings have started getting bigger and bigger I notice that the tendrils seem to really push themselves into the media to the point that most of the pitcher is buried without any help from me!

Hmmm it actually burries itself? In other pots? Or its own...I guess its almost impossible to have it burry in its own pot unless you really have a WIDE pot...Have you ever observed if vikings pitchers that don't have something to rest on produce smaller pitchers? Ken |
