Re: sedum cristated
Yctan118, why on earth did you give away the beautiful plant?
Are the plant able to reproduce thru one of the points, like the 'cendol' like plant that grow long & are sensitive to touch (breaking away with the slightest touch!) |
Re: sedum cristated
he is a good friend of mine... :) Someone told me that this is a highland plant and might be difficutl to grow in KL.
Dont know if those cendol like thing can regrow or not |
Re: sedum cristated
LOL cendol plant!!
YC, are you growing sedums at the moment? I was at IKEA yesterday looking at the echieverias and sedums. Nice size too, for rm8.90 each, six inch wide plants. I dared not buy as I don't have confidence in growing them. My last sedum stopped growing and no offsets came out ater that. The mother plant just keep losing its leaves and died. :spinning: |
Re: sedum cristated
Indeed it's a nice symmetrical plant. Too bad you gave it away!

Re: sedum cristated
I dont have confident to grow it.... so better let the capable one to do the job...
I did not give it away... i sold it at cost price... i think is a win win. When I bought it, i did not know is difficult to grow species and my friend wanted it after he is well informed :D |
Re: sedum cristated
I think the cristated sedum must be very rare. At the place I bought it, I only saw 1 pot.

Re: sedum cristated
Nice plant but too bad you already gave it to your friend. It resembles a green hairy monster. Cute!
