Looks like U. aurea to me, but there are a number of aquatic Utrics with similar looking yellow flowers.

Just saw this thread. This is U. aurea.
According to Andreas Fleischmann: U. aurea is the only species that has these kind of spreading calyx lobes in fruit: both lobes are almonst bent horizontal from the capsule. The fruits of U. aurea from Langkawi. Identical to your plant. http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c2.../Utrifruit.jpg |
