Thanks Victoria. http://s4.images.proboards.com/smiley.gif
nep369 it's not a competition. It's all about showing the plants and helping each other grow them.

I never said it was just said that I'd only have one plant to compete with if it were a competition. I just enjoy everyones plants and how differently or similarly grown. « Last Edit: May 23, 2008, 6:38am by nep369 »Link to Post - Back to Top http://s4.images.proboards.com/ip.gif Loggedgot nepenthes? hongrui do you have lowland conditions? It seems to like it warm so yours should get quite large. We here in California have also determined that this hybrid thrives in full direct sun all day.

the Izumiae x truncata colour look like dried up pitcher, though it was not. outstanding colour. The first time when i came across, in the wild, rafflesiana var nigropurpurea i walk past it without even giving it a look until my friend hold and photograph it found out they're all fresh pitchers http://s4.images.proboards.com/cheesy.gif

Hi Ludwig, yes my conditions are lowland, all year round. i'm not sure why but my N. izumiae x truncata doesn't seem to like my conditions though. it grows, but i won't say its exactly flourishing. http://s4.images.proboards.com/smiley.gif

hongrui, is your plant in full sun?

it was in full sun but it got burnt up really badly. now it's only receiving direct sun from 1pm till about 4pm. it's in bright shade at all other times.
