Got some sars today
Got all kinds of good stuff in the mail today. Including a mess of tiny seedlings from an unknown sarracenia cross. And I planted my Judith Hindle. They're sharing a pot until they get too big and I have to split them up.

Re: Got some sars today
Hi Spark,
Is that tiny Flytrap and Sarra is you seeding ? They looking heathly ! Thank you for sharing. |
Re: Got some sars today
The little tiny green things are actually some kind of seed pod from a tree that overhangs our porch. The trees in our apartment complex are beautiful, but they shade everything, and shed leaves and seeds and pine needles everywhere.

They're actually in my town, but they don't allow people to visit their greenhouse. :( So I had to order them through the mail anyway. |
Re: Got some sars today
I spot a DARLINGTONIA at the background of the first picture! Wow! You have one of those???
Great sarras, hope they grow well for you. My minor 'okee giant' seeds have never germinated until now, so sad. Good luck! Cheers |
Re: Got some sars today
My Darlingtonias are my babies! They're my favorite of the outdoor plants. (The n. bicalcarata is my favorite indoor plant.) I haven't had them very long, but so far they're growing all right for me. Working on some new spring pitchers that look like they might get pretty big. *biggrin2*
