vft by root division

Is there anything i should know before root division like add superthrive 1. do i just place in medium 2. should i rinse the root 3. will it produce traps quickly 4. is there specai needs for any of the variety of species:blush:

DO you mean rhizome? because I never heard root division for Vfts before.
