As for D. burmanii, the plant normally shrink after flowering. I normally cut away the flower stalk to "keep" that healthy look. :laugh: But if you want seeds, then you would have to risk the plant to death by letting the plant to flower then get seeds to start the 2nd generation. Hi Guys,

Where is the best location to source for drosera species? Especially D.Intermedia 'cuba' I've source 1 horticulture nursery in penang and so far they've only D.Burmanii & D.Adelea

Is there any other drosera species that looks like D.Intermedia'cuba' or D.Burmanii as they have beautiful appearance like blooming flower and deadly.

You can try to PM picesilim (Lim) ask him what he has available. He is also from Penang and he is selling them. Besides that you can check the growlist of members here and see if they have Sundews. Sometimes they might have extra plants that you can trade/buy form them.

Just from my own collection D. paradoxa, D. dilatato petiolaris, D. capilaris and D. nidiformis looks relatively similar in appearance to D. intermedia. D. spatulata is similaar in appearance to D. burmanii.
