From everyone's opinion, sounds like I should let it be for a while. Must have more patience...:)

I have yet to try fertilizing... feeling a bit risky. It is hard to tell how much is too much. Has propagated a few ventrata to try out. Hope to get a reference first before trying on others.

Plant seems to be doing fine, but the newest shoot looks growing on a much elongated stem.

Any comment on what could be the cause of small and irregular pitchers?

My this nep is same kind with yours? May I know what is the ID? I bought it 9 mths ago at Cameron Highland with RM5 only.
