Hi,all
My 5 years old female rajah that is bloom.i am looking for a ampullaria or raffleasiana pollen,i would love to cross with it .seed will be 50/50 split.:laugh:

OMG... you able grow rajah and it is female and flowering!!!!

Sorry, I dont have what you needed. But, my male N. x cemerlang is flowering now. Please lets me know if you want that.

brother,N.x cemerlang and rajah peristome is wide form...so..:shy:
if no have amp or raff pollen.i just will cross with mirabilis globosa..

Awesome, I hope you can cross it with a huge lowlander... if I may suggest
truncata, merilliana, rafflesiana... also veitchii would probably provide a pretty peristome.

Awesome Rajah. Good that you have a highland farm. If I recall correctly, you have a terrarium using aquarium chiller and humidifier. In there, was lowii, villosa and rajah. How did it do for the plants? Was it working? Though, I could have mistaken as it was quite some time ago.

Hi,brother,
Veitchii and Rajah has very similar wide peristome, so the chance of getting something similar to either parent are high rather than something with more special feature...*biggrin2*

Wooo,,u are right..last year my male northiana have flowering,,but this year it does not work la..*biggrin2*

I can think of a few super nice neps to breed with rajah, of course not all are possible *biggrin2*

Northiana, Veitchii Bario, Rafflesiana Giant, Lowii, Hamata, EP's Merriliana, Truncata 'King Of Spades' from BE, Truncata 'wide peristome' from EP.

If we cross campanulata, that'll be interesting. Or clipeata? Or eymae? I wonder if crossed with ampullaria, do we get a super large ampullaria? :laugh:

Unfortunately both my truncata and merilliana are too small to flower... it would be a real shame if your rajah could not be pollinated with a giant lowlander.
