Yes my apologies, Thanks Jens, and thanks for sharing your Laminar flow system. May I know if there are any free plans for these in the internet, or maybe a way for you to share your design?
Your system looks really nice! There are some TC labs in universities here that use a more simple system of a closed box with glass and working with gloves, where you put your hands in the gloves from outside so that the box is "sealed", the problem I think is it is difficult to still prevent contaminants from coming in when you open the box to put in materials and instruments. the gelling agent is agar, mixed with MS medium and some other things
