IC... I got what you means.... thanx, yea!!!

Yours plant is really healthy

Thanks everyone for your comments.

Khun Pop,
I'll post some detailed pics on No ID-1 in the ID section. I think No ID-1 is also a hybrid. For No ID-2, you said it's suppose to be the original ‘Rayong Hybrid’, may I know what's the parentage?? BTW, the N. boschiana is from MT... would be interesting to know if the N. boschiana from BE will adapt to the tropical L/L weather...

Dr. Soon,
I'm just learning as I go, still have many things to learn from you all...

Hi Khun Rob,

Someone beside me whispers that No-ID 1 might be N. Viking x Miranda. I am sorry for my poor guessing. It is very similar with the one we have in our stock, especially pitcher shape and color. Then, like I said by observing that stem and leaves, it would be help for plant identification.

In addition, I am sorry for my words, which are not cleared. Original ‘Rayong Hybrid’ is one of the first Thai hybrids that Thai breeders ever have. It was made by crossing N. Viking with N. xKuchingensis.

By the way, nice looking plant you have.

Cheers,
Pop

Hi Khun Pop,
Yes, it's possible it's a form of hybrid with Miranda, just not sure it's either viking or tiger...
Anyway, thanks for trying to help. I'll post more detailed pics in the ID sections. Korbkunkarp. :1thumbup:

Re: August Pitcher...

wow .... great .... I love this mirabilis and all the others. The northiana is already a jewel like the sibuyanensis. I'm a bit disappointed of the no.1 id if this is really the hybrid viking x miranda. I would have expected more maxima / northiana influence.
