Nep maxima - slow to root..?

Hi guys.. Just asking about this maxima cutting which I planted about a month ago.. Is maxima slow to grow roots, because this one keeps looking half-wilted.. Its placed in 50% sun with my other neps.. Any tips?

My cuttings so far ain't rooting yet...Now about 3 weeks old and some of the growth tip's tendrills are turning black so i hope just the tendrill goes black but not the whole leaf..

Bag it up and put it in more shaded condition (>50%), after it started to produce new leaves then you can slowly give it more sunlight.

I also found N. maxima root and acclimitise to new environment slowly, here's mine from basal off shoot potted since May 09. Only produced 2 new leaves with tiny pitcher since then... guess have to give it more time.

I agree bag it up. My latest cuttings were maxima x tm. I did only one node cuttings without any loss. The top cutting was two nodes. Your top cutting looks like it will be dead in one or two weeks if it won't get more humidity.
