hi folks, got this little fellow at Lowes! looked a little peaked at first but coming around. Had 2 growing points so we split. Any ideas? don

Considering that it is from lowes, it is probably a ventrata. A common and easy to grow plant.

It's far too early to tell what it is yet; give it another 12 months and post some pictures then, and see what develops. - Rich
